The Connect App for Symantec™ Endpoint Protection Manager collects endpoint information from SEPM and stores them as properties in Forescout eyeSight. These include endpoint information, protection status, and infection status.

Visibility of SEPM endpoint status
See endpoint status information, including OS, Software, and Symantec software version, definition update, and if it is actively protecting the endpoint
Trigger updates and Scans
Forescout eyeSight can trigger SEPM to update endpoint properties or to activate a full scan on the endpoint. These actions can be performed manually or automated through a Forescout policy.
Real-time update of infection status
Enable syslog forwarding from SEPM and receive realtime alerts of infection status. Significantly reduce the delay between Symantec’s infection detection and Forescout’s remediation and network restriction actions.
